Before completing your enrollment and using the LEAP Review Website, Web App, and Mobile App, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions provided by LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc.
Section 1: General Guidelines
LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc shall deliver services to Board Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (BLEPT) Reviewees.
All programs offered by LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc, which you will enroll in, will be subject to the following:
These LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc Terms and Conditions, published on our website and written on our forms, which you must accept when acquiring a subscription for our online application and enrolling in our onsite reviews.
Any additional Terms and Conditions on the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc website applying specifically to that service;
Any rights you may have as a consumer modified and limited by these LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc Terms and Conditions only to the extent permitted by law.
By agreeing to the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc Terms and Conditions, the subscriber/enrollee certifies that all the information provided during the registration is correct. In addition, the subscriber/enrollee subjects himself/herself to the benefits, privileges, and responsibilities inherent in these terms.
If you disagree with any part of the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc Terms and Conditions, you may choose not to access the online review program.
Section 2: Modification of the Programs or Services
LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc reserves the right to modify the conduct of a program or service, including the schedules, set of lecturers, and facilities when the need arises and with the goal of providing better services.
LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc reserves the right to change the prices of the services and update the Terms and Conditions on our website, forms, and other platforms from time to time and as needed. Such changes are final and executory.
Section 3: Online Transactions
Location and Price: LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc is based in the Philippines, offering services catering to aspiring Teachers locally and globally. The prices of our programs and services are stated on our website and social media platforms. They are listed in Philippine Peso (Php).
Payment Services: LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc only accepts Online Bank Transfers and Bank Deposits when payments for any product or service are required.
Data Storage: The LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc website, mobile application, and web application store the personal data gathered during enrollment. However, the banks that will transact the payments will never store credit/debit card information, card validation codes, or PIN block data. The PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry, Data Security Standard) prohibits storing such data.
Security: The LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc website, mobile application, and web application use up-to-date, industry-standard, and reliable technologies and procedures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Section 4: Subscriptions
Access: When employing our services, especially for Online Reviews, the subscriber must pay for the services in full, without any set-off or deduction. Access to the Web and Mobile Applications will only be granted upon full payment of the review fees.
Cancellation: Even if the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc has already verified a subscriber or the subscriber has already logged in to his/her account, we may cancel his/her subscription upon detecting any suspicious activity. Suspicious activities include but are not limited to the following:
Sharing credentials, including the username and password, with other individuals, even if the third parties are legitimate subscribers.
Unauthorized downloading of content and materials, including videos, notes, lectures, Zoom recordings, practice questions, quizzes, and exams.
Unauthorized screen recording, screen captures, videotaping, or photographing of any part of the web or mobile application.
Unauthorized sharing of content, materials, videos, lectures, or notes outside the web application.
Presenting a false document, including but not limited to deposit slips, bank transfer confirmation, school documents, and others.
Posting or forwarding of fraudulent announcements and any form of slander against the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc on any platform.
Section 5: Refunds
To reserve a slot: A minimum of Php 3,000 will be charged to the subscriber as a Reservation Fee. This amount will be deducted from the total review fee. The reservation fee of Php 3,000 or higher is non-refundable.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions cannot be canceled once the review program has started or is fully completed, and a refund will not be provided to the subscriber.
Confirmation: Five (5) days before the start of the batch, a confirmation message will be sent to the subscriber. Failure to respond to the confirmation message and payment of the full amount a day before the chosen batch starts will invalidate the slot and forfeit the enrollee’s reservation fee.
Violation: If the cancellation of the subscription results from any of the violations listed in section 4, the subscriber will not be entitled to any form of refund. Moreover, the party that has violated the Terms and Conditions may face charges based on the “Intellectual Property Rights of the Philippines.”
Upgrade: Upon request, a subscriber can upgrade from a Fundamentals or Mastery to a Proficiency subscription with LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc.

All app features, including video lectures, handouts, quizzes, schedules, and practice exams, will be accessible upon full payment of review fees and at 8 a.m. on the day that the batch the subscriber/enrollee enrolls in starts. This app access will be available and active until the Board Exam day of the specific season the subscriber/enrollee enrolls in. The app access will then be deactivated after the Board Exams for that season, whether or not the subscriber/enrollee takes that particular season’s Board Exam
Upon full payment of review fees, LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc will send an instruction guide and manual to the registered email account of the enrollee/subscriber. It is the responsibility of the enrollee/subscriber to read and understand the instruction guide and manual in its entirety.
When an enrollee/subscriber first accesses the LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc Mobile Application, he/she will be greeted by instructional videos on how to use the app and the Copyright Law that he/she must adhere to. It is the responsibility of the enrollee/subscriber to watch and understand the content of the videos in their entirety.
Practice Board Exams will be given a month before the scheduled board exams. All questions will be discussed via online Zoom Meetings. All Zoom Meetings will be recorded and uploaded in the app within ten (10) business days.
Results of quizzes and exams may only be released upon request by the School Deans/Heads and only with the written consent of the student.
Section 8: Data Privacy
The subscriber hereby authorizes LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc to collect and process the data indicated herein for the purpose of receiving updates about his/her online review. The subscriber understands that the personal information is protected by RA 10173, Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Copyright: No part of any LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc review material, whether hard or electronic copy, may be reproduced in any form or by any means, including but not limited to screen recording, screen capturing, photocopying, photographing, recording, and storing information on digital storage and retrieval systems without written authorization and permission from LEAP Review and Educational Service Inc.
Voluntary enrollment/subscription: Enrollment or subscription to any program is done voluntarily by the enrollee or subscriber and was not imposed by authorities such as deans, faculty members, or school administrators.
